The neighborhood clubhouse has full kitchen facilities and large community room with space for any type of function. The clubhouse is available for rental by any association member or neighborhood resident in good standing.

9:00 am til Dusk

Closed for cleaning on Mondays

 

Rental Fees and Deposits:

For parties less than 25 people:

$500 Refundable Damage Deposit

$100 Usage Fee

 

For parties more that 25 people:

$500 Refundable Damage Deposit

$250 Usage Fee
